Networkzone13 Ltd is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is ideal for immediate joiners.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to achieve specific business objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Set up tracking mechanisms for website and digital assets, and conduct analysis to measure campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Evaluate customers'/users' online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the user experience.
- Analyze A/B and multivariate tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations.
- Utilize knowledge of Google Ads metrics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, and other relevant tools.
- Develop models and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders and guide marketing decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships through regular meetings to provide actionable insights and reports.
- Turn data observations into meaningful stories to drive organizational impact and present insights in easily digestible formats.
- Support industry teams with insight and analysis, produce marketing insights reports, and provide monthly and quarterly industry-level analyses.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and data visualization tools to analyze marketing performance and attribute marketing activity to appropriate channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.
- Expertise in reporting on media spend, efficiency, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with statistical methods and data visualization tools.
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certification preferred.
