Brief about the role
Customer Success Specialist at Nextburb is responsible to handle all our active user base primarity through our CRM (Hubspot). This position is currently for those who have significant experience working with US customer base and are comfortable to work in CST timezone. Nextburb primarily cater to working professionals / young families and you will be nurturing and engaging with them via email / text / phone until they purchase their dream home through a partner agent.
Responsibilities
- Leverage our product and data to serve users with a high-touch concierge service.
- Ensure most if not all users who have availed our services are referred to a partner agent at the right time in their home buying journey.
- Manage relationship with users over long term and work closely with agent manager / partner agents to ensure our users our served well.
- Be pro-active to nurture and engage with users that are not ready to meet or talk to agent yet. Can offer secondary value proposition like neighborhood guides or area tours or subscribe for listings via email.
- Followup, followup and followups! Home buying journey can take a year for some or less and it is extremely important to be in touch with users timely to ensure we are very are there when their time is right!
- Take a look into numbers that provide detail analytics to make judgement about various users when following up
- Be responsible to take lead on weekly and monthly reporting on engagement activities
- Strategically iterate on processes that adapts to our customer journey when buying a home.
Who you are
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or sales with demonstrated success and positive references
- Very much comfortable on phone / txt / email.
- Hubspot CRM experience will be a plus.
- Experience with US based companies / market preferred.
- Comfortable with technology products and Zoom for live meetings.
- Excellent problem solving mindset
- Hard-working but at the same time very smart with followups that brings in the results.
Qualifications
- Four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred with deep interest in sales / customer success.
- Design campaigns with detailed follow-up that can run for several months to retain and engage with users over longer period of time.
- Be very technology savvy with experience in HubSpot
- Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Pro-actively planning their daily activities to deliver the results discussed with CEO
- Is highly motivated to solve problems at every stage in the customer journey.
