Role Overview :
The Product Owner/Lead is responsible for defining and executing the vision and direction of the pod's projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet specific objectives related to UX enhancement, POC development, or customizing existing solutions for customer demos. The Product Owner/Lead should have a strong background in AI/ML, proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
Common Responsibilities Across All Pods:
- Vision and Roadmap Development :
- Define the product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on changing requirements and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management :
- Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, particularly focusing on incorporating AI/ML capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Agile Process Implementation :
- Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate team collaboration using tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Git.
- Team Alignment and Focus :
- Keep the team focused on deliverables and aligned with product objectives, especially when integrating AI/ML solutions.
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement :
- Encourage a culture of innovation, particularly in AI/ML and emerging technologies.
- Organize training sessions on relevant new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Pod A: Product Owner/Lead - UX and Design Enhancement
Focus : Improve the overall UX for large deals defense and offering development by creating microsites and leveraging Figma, Adobe XD and other tools for visual storytelling and prototyping.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of microsites and UX enhancements for defense decks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers & front-end developers to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
- Leverage tools like Figma for rapid prototyping and design iteration.
- Integrate AI-driven personalization and user analytics to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Ensure all design solutions align with the latest UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and AI-enhanced UX methodologies.

Pod B: Product Owner/Lead – Bespoke POC/Demo Development
Focus : Develop bespoke POCs and demos from the ground up for offering development and ongoing large deal submissions to increase our win rates.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and demos from initial concept to final delivery, incorporating AI/ML models to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define technical requirements, solution architecture, and AI/ML integration strategies.
- Ensure POCs and demos are innovative, scalable, AI-enhanced, and align with business needs and technology trends to help increase win rates of large deals and improved funnel for multi-tower offerings being developed.

Focus : Customize demos for specific solutions (Cloud BlazeTech, Netops.AI, etc.) for large deals in collaboration with various Service Lines.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of demos by customizing existing solutions (Cloud BlazeTech, Netops.AI, etc.) with AI/ML enhancements tailored to specific large deals requirements.
- Work closely with service lines to understand their offerings, including AI capabilities, and integrate them into demos.
- Ensure demos are compelling, customer-focused, highlight the unique value propositions of each service line, and leverage AI/ML for enhanced decision-making and automation.
- Coordinate with deal directors and EA teams to ensure demos align with strategic goals and customer needs for large deals.
