We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to focus primarily on Learning and Development (70%) while also supporting HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition (TA) functions (30%). In this role, you will assist in creating and managing employee training programs while gaining experience in broader HR responsibilities such as recruitment and employee relations.
Training Duration : 6-9 months (On stipend basis)
*Confirmation to a Full-time employee basis performance evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development (70%)
- Assist in designing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Support the analysis of employee development needs and track training progress.
- Help manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related training tools.
- HRBP & Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Support recruitment efforts by helping screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and providing HR administrative support.
- Collaborate on employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. masters Degree is a plus.
- Interest in Learning and Development, Recruitment, and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
