Key Accountabilities
- To formulate Sales strategies to :
(a) Achieve sales targets in line with annual budgets and growth plans.
Drive top line growth in domestic market and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization
(b) For brand management, evaluation and market promotion strategies, for various existing / new products.
- Develop sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability.
- Responsible for revenue generation as per the budget for key accounts.
- Coordination between technical team and customers
- Gathering market info in general about new trends, product launches.
- Market research on the key accounts / projects, making short term and long-term plan for those key accounts.
- Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development. Focus on business development through domestic markets (defined geographies) and building the brand of the company in the domestic market
- Responsible for business development in identified key accounts for seasonings business.
- Developing long term relationship with customers and make KFL brand penetration into those key accounts with value addition.
- Monthly reporting, budget preparation, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with those key accounts, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.
- Regular sampling and its follow ups and technical feedback given to the flavourists according to the inputs given by the customer would be a key area of focus.
- Helping application in sourcing ingredients for transforming new concepts into products.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / post graduate. Degree in food technology/ food science would be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in key accounts management with a seasoning, flavour or food ingredient manufacturing company specific to seasonings category .
