JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for leading, developing and executing learning & development strategy for Max Life Distribution by leveraging contemporary best practices in the space of Leadership Development, Talent and Organization development. This includes designing, developing and delivering interventions, execution of actionable from the internal talent Management outcomes (OTR), while ensuring process adherence and optimum budget utilization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning and Development – Design distribution learning strategy end to end including enabling inputs & expected outcomes. Deep understanding of distribution channels with respect to their business and people agenda as well as implications on learning strategy Align learning strategy to distribution HR strategy and people processes
Execution Focus - Anchor leadership and behavioural interventions for distribution with focus on supervisory levels and above. Leading the training need analysis both from an individual, employee as well as organizational perspective. Support the development of high potential employees (Best Bets) across levels, leading to robust pipeline for succession
Process Improvement - Establish and periodically review the methods for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of processes, training programs/module relevance and metrics of learning impact with inputs from stakeholders/internal reviews
Project Management - Integrate program objectives/outcomes with regular business reviews. Setting up of review mechanism with Program Leaders & Steering Committee. Build knowledge repository in learning and leverage organization’s digital assets for the same.
Stakeholder management - Partner in key learning initiatives with Business and HR team for driving people agenda at client / organization level. Engage and interact with client constituencies across levels, HR leaders, HR business partners, and training leads at functional levels. Visible impact and adoption of interventions and other learning assets to key stakeholders
EXPERIENCE
- Post Graduate, additional professional qualification/s desirable
- A certification in instructional design & facilitation will be an added advantage
- 8-10 years of work experience in a reputed organization with 5 years in the area of Training and Development or related discipline
- Openness to travel (at least a week in a month)
