We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our MD. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act with limited guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the MD.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Informing the MD of important tasks and deadlines – chasing responses, triggering follow-up plan
- Liaising with staff and other stakeholders
- Handle sensitive & complex issues in an objective manner
- Data management & filing
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
