Role Description
Business Development Executive (Backend - Internal Sales)
- Handle and follow up on leads generated through Facebook ads, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
-Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including sending messages, responding to inquiries, and nurturing leads.
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule meetings or appointments for sales team.
-Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients or markets for our products/services.
-Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Support in the creation of marketing and sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
-Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and contact lists.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations required.
-Provide general administrative support to business development team.
