Position: Program Director - Future Tech
Job Type: Full Time(Work From Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and management of the entire portfolio of Future Tech programs, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Work closely with the sales team to drive enrollments and conversions
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships in the Future Tech domain, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- Ensure the overall success of all programs in your portfolio, from curriculum development to learner outcomes, with a focus on driving placements and career readiness.
- Regularly update and enhance the curriculum and content to ensure relevance to industry standards, ensuring that the programs remain cutting-edge.
- Be the core faculty for all future tech programs and deliver classes (mostly on weekends) as per requirement
- Recruit, onboard, and manage part-time faculty members, ensuring they deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Gaming or AR / VR field, with a blend of industry and academic expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Strong communication skills to interact with senior management, employees, partners, and colleagues effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
