Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, and programmatic advertising networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions; proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Power BI etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Expertise in data analysis, attribution modeling, and marketing ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
What will you do?
- Manage the entire D2C P&L, and growth charter for the firm
- Lead the performance-driven growth strategies across all D2C and eCommerce channels to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion across all digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from brand awareness to post-purchase engagement.
- Manage and mentor high-performing growth teams, including performance, retention, content, creative, SEO/SEM specialists.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.
Work Experience:
- Substantial 7-12 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce growth & performance marketing.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing growth marketing teams.
Working days: Monday - Friday
