Position Title: Global Financial Crimes Training Associate – eLearning Developer

Job Profile
Purpose of Role:
As part of the Global Financial Crimes Compliance instructional Design Training team, the Global Financial Crimes Training Associate (GFCTA) – Operations, will be charged with assisting the Global Financial Crimes Training Program Officers(GFCTPOs) in developing eLearning Modules under the global Financial Crimes Compliance training program as well for all Americas eLearning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting the GFCTPOs in developing and customizing Region-specific Master Class / Targeted, Risk-Based, and Event-Based Training.
- Collaborate with senior instructional designers to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
- Develop and/or customize eLearning training modules for global and regional deployment in accordance with current instructional design methodologies.
- Performing quality checks for training modules.
- Design and create instructional content, including e-learning modules and videos.
- Utilize tools and software such as Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia, Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing instructional design processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
Skills and knowledge:
- Instructional design experience in the develop and / customize of eLearning and/or Instructor- based training modules.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, or similar.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- A proactive, motivated approach with a results driven attitude and a strong sense of accountability;
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment;
- Excellent communications skills, including strong written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail, sound editorial judgment.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently.
Education & professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic / Instructional Designer equivalent in related areas.
- Advanced degree or commensurate training experience is preferred.
- Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning Management and eLearning development, experience at a financial institution preferred.
