Job Summary:
The NPD Operation Executive will support the New Product Development (NPD) team by coordinating operational activities related to product development. This role involves managing project timelines, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that all operational aspects of NPD projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
PI/PO Management Responsibilities:
Proforma Invoice (PI) Management:
- Creation of Proforma Invoices: Generate PIs based on customer orders, outlining the details of the sale before the goods are shipped.
- Approval Process: Ensure PIs are reviewed and approved by relevant departments before they are sent to customers.
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
- Creation of Purchase Orders: Generate POs based on internal requests or customer PIs, ensuring all details align with the supplier agreements.
- Supplier Coordination: Send POs to suppliers and follow up for confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of POs to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
- Payment Processing: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers based on the terms of the PO.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all POs, including amendments and delivery confirmations.
- Ordering samples from various portals : to ensure that the correct samples are requested, tracked, and received efficientlyPricing and Payment

- Quality Check & Inspection of Received Materials Quality checks of products/ materials at a warehouse to ensure that the products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards before they are distributed to customers or retailers
Sample dispatch management involves coordinating the process of sending product samples to customers, or internal teams
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management, preferably in a product development environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
