Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and guide our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client requirements, the ability to devise innovative strategies, and the drive to execute campaigns that deliver successful outcomes. This role requires someone who is adept at quality control, fostering team growth, and continuously aligning the team with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Requirements Analysis: Understand and deeply analyze client requirements and goals to effectively align the team with the needed strategies.
2. Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and drive the team to execute them as needed.
3. Team Accountability: Take responsibility for the team's performance, prepare and present strategies to optimize growth, and ensure accountability among team members.
4. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and assurance for ongoing digital marketing projects to maintain high standards.
5. Strategic Planning: Devise and lead innovative plans to meet client objectives and drive successful outcomes.
6. Team Leadership: Monitor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a nurturing and collaborative environment.
7. Performance Monitoring: Stay updated with reports, analyze growth metrics, and derive actionable insights to enhance performance.
8. Meetings and Reporting: Conduct regular meetings, provide performance insights to core members and stakeholders, and submit end-of-day (EOD) reports.
9. Creative Strategy Development: Continuously brainstorm and implement creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
10. Integrated Marketing: Market digital products using both online and offline channels, from print materials to digital campaigns.
11. Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
12. Documentation: Complete necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management and execution.
13. Stakeholder Communication: Present updates and reports to core team members to facilitate collaborative insights.
14. Social Media Enhancement: Enhance social media efforts to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement and reach.
15. Team Oversight: Monitor, oversee, and administer teammates' work while providing feedback to improve efficiency and output quality.
16. Project Management: Act as a team leader to strategize, execute, and oversee multiple social media and digital marketing profiles.
17. Accountability and Standards: Uphold team responsibility for maintaining standards, benchmarks, and parameters set by clients and management.
18. Creative Auditing: Audit creative campaigns, monthly reports, and daily outputs to eliminate errors and discrepancies.
19. Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between management and the team to ensure the fulfillment of client and management objectives.
20. Meeting Follow-up: Ensure that all meeting minutes, whether from onboarding or ongoing discussions, are followed and completed within the stipulated timeframe.
21. Task Management: Ensure smooth operation of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, going beyond monitoring to actively drive task completion.
22. Learning and Development: Conduct weekly town halls to foster learning, document new insights, and implement actionable assignments.
