JD - Customer Success Engineer (Network Security Engineer)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer advocate by influencing the product roadmap and Coach customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Security Change
- Be the Go-To customer expert on the Prisma SASE solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time
- Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Prisma SASE features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
- Guide adoption, accelerated integrations with new cloud security products, and real-time support and strategy
- Work closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Development Operations teams to implement cloud security solutions.
- Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve their business and security objectives.
- Assist customers in implementing custom integrations and workflows to ensure Prisma SASE solutions are fully integrated into their security operations center.
- Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (preferred) or any graduate degree with related technical experience.
Mandatory Technical Experience
4–8 years of experience in Networking, VPNs, and Firewalls.
- Experience with security products and/or offerings
- Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
- Good knowledge of Network protocols such as ARP, IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS
- Good Knowledge of the routing protocols, such as OSPF and BGP
- Good Knowledge of Network security protocols such as IPsec, SSL, and GRE
Desirable Experience
- Good understanding of Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect is a plus
- We can consider Network resources with the different vendor firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto
- Understanding of cloud providers like AWS, Azure
- Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux
- PCNSE, CCNA certifications
