Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will
- be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal
- performance and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements,
- implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to support business processes
- and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that leverage
- ServiceNow capabilities effectively.
- Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and
- third-party applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability,
- security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and
- troubleshooting problems related to ServiceNow functionality.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, and user guides, to
- support training and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, updates, and best practices, and evaluate new features for potential
- implementation.
- Participate in change management processes, including reviewing and testing updates, patches, and enhancements
- to the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to support
- ServiceNow-related initiatives and projects.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks, such as user management, security configurations, and system
- maintenance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, for customizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields
