JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager and Trainer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Additionally, this role will involve training and mentoring teams on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Digital Marketing Management
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, whatsapp marketing, etc.)
- Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads)
- Manage website & landing page analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design, content, and lead gen teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
Training and Mentorship
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
- Provide ongoing mentorship to junior team members, ensuring continuous professional development
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and share knowledge with the team
Content Strategy and Management
- Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for digital channels (blogs, social media, websites, youtube, etc.)
- Work with the content team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices
- Develop strategies for content distribution and engagement
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, IT, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive digital strategies
- Present digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, etc.)
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
