WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?
- A key role in our overall social media space for providing customer satisfaction across all communication platforms. This role will work within the customer delight team and would require coordination with internal teams like logistics and marketing from time to time to solve customer’s queries. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.
- Improve customer service experience: Handle all customer queries and complaints raised on the communication platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Analyze data and maintain reports.
- Promote the sales of the products and increase reach to newer customers.
SKILL REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Telugu & Tamil Languages is mandatory.
- Be passionate about selling and growing.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role of sales centric customer care.
- The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver that will turn any challenge into an opportunity and is comfortable working with several moving pieces at once.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong integrity and maturity to exercise confidentiality.
