Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director, FP&A and New Initiatives, this role plays a significant role in ensuring the group achieves its financial objectives. This is a finance role with high degree of visibility with senior stakeholders, including business and functional heads
Role & Responsibilities:
- Run the full budgeting process of the company globally including P&Ls of various lines of businesses etc.
- Ensure budgetary control through monthly reviews
- Hold all Management Reporting to key internal stakeholders and be the bedrock of Investor Reporting
- Propose and drive revenue, margin or cost improvement initiatives along with functional and business heads
- Coordinate, analyse and report FP&A results for acquired companies and streamline their financial reporting
- Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into something actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.
- Propose initiatives based on analysis and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop business segment strategies, execute key value creation (top and bottom line), and manage transformation initiatives
- Drive discussions with product owner and/or business partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios.
- Implement system and processes to streamline group and LOB-level reporting
- Lead a high-performance team
Key skills & qualifications:
- At least 8 years PQE with strong FP&A and Management reporting Skills
- Deep knowledge of the finance and accounting
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- CA 1st attempt mandatory
- Rank holders preferred
