Some one who will managing end to end profile for Channel Management in terms of channel processes, infrastructure, working capital, human resources and hand holding in terms of sale processes and compliances.
You will also ensure credit control and business level and channel support in terms of primary and secondary finance.
Education : MBA (Marketing/ finance) from renowned B school along with B E (Mechanical / Automobile Engg)

- Experience in Network development and Channel management, Channel Sales or Auto Component Sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
Channel Management
- Define channel process guidelines and resource requirements.
- Periodically assess channel processes and execute respective policies.
- Handhold new channel partners in terms of infrastructure, working capital, human resources and sales processes.
Channel finance & credit control :
- Constantly monitor and review payments to ensure that outstanding are under control.
- Analyse inventory levels of channel partners, and accordingly develop plans to liquidate inventory when required.
- Conduct stock audits of distributors and dealers on a regular basis.
People Management
- Coordination with legal & finance for ensuring compliances.
- Co-ordination with field team and hand holding to the new channel partners for set up of infrastructure and other resources.
- Co-ordination with bankers and NBFC’s for primary and secondary channel finance support.
- Co ordination with finance team and channel partners for collection of over dues
