Job Overview
The Talent Management Head - HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategies of Physics Wallah. This role involves overseeing the Performance Management System, Organizational Development, and the Learning and Development (L&D) functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance employee performance, foster organizational growth, and develop leadership capabilities within the company

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Syste
- Design, implement, and manage an effective performance management system.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPI's.
- Lead performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure alignment of performance management with organizational goals.
- Driving End to End PMS activites.
Organizational Development
- Identify and address organizational needs to improve overall effectiveness.
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and programe.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
Learning and Development
- Lead the L&D function and create strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and deliver leadership development programe.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvement.
HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide HR expertise and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualification.
- Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roles.
- Proven experience in performance management, organizational development, and learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, LMS Management, Assessment Centers, Talent Intelligence and tool.
Preferred Qualification.
- Experience in the EdTech industry or a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CPLP, etc.
