Description
We are seeking a Strategic Advisor/Cofounder to join us in this mission. As part of our core team, you will help shape and scale PrideQue, playing a pivotal role in business development, fundraising, partnerships, and community growth. This position offers equity-based compensation as we strive to build a profitable, impact-driven platform. While we can’t offer a salary yet, the opportunity for long-term growth is significant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth and fundraising initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with organizations and influencers.
- Design marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance on community-building features and user retention.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong background in fundraising, marketing, business development , or community management.
- Expertise in growing digital platforms or social impact ventures.
- Connections within LGBTQIA+ communities or experience working in related sectors.
- Bonus : LGBTQIA+ individuals, allies, and advocates are highly encouraged to apply for this role.
