To develop and implement sales strategy and plans required to deliver volumes and profit expectations from the defined region and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Developing Sales & Marketing Strategies:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve business objective and revenue targets within the assigned State.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives in domestic markets.
· Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns.
Partnership and Alliance:
· Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations and alliance with key stakeholders, distributors and business partners in domestic market.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors
· Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Brand Development:
· Assist in developing and maintain a strong brand presence in the automotive lubricant market
· Implement branding strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
· Forecasts Sales-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
· Prepare a regular report for senior detailing sales and marketing performance.
Skills and Knowledge
· Graduate in any discipline and MBA.
Relevant Experience:
· 10-15 years’ experience in managing Sales & Developing business.
· 10 years in Automotive Lubricants Industry is desired.
· Knowledge of Local Language is mandatory.
· Exposure to relevant business in local geography is mandatory.
· Proven experience in channel development, distributor management or sales management within the
Lubricant Industry.
· Strong understanding of distribution channels, dealer network and retail operations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to think strategically, analyze market data and develop actionable plans.
