Conversios is looking for Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance in their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance
- Ability to handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions including invoicing and clearance of any invoicing queries.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including taxation, GST, accounting standards, FEMA, ROC.
- Banking: Monitor and manage bank transactions, ensuring accurate recording and also should handle queries related to banking transactions and liaise with the bank as needed.
- Cash Flow (CF) Management: Monitor and manage cash flows to maintain liquidity and support growth.
- Managing the financial statements of the organization and of all group companies and ensuring fair and true reporting & presentation to the organization, it includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and proposed financial plans for next three to five years.
- Ensuring effective closure of books of accounts in a given time frame.
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
- Providing sound financial support and insights to Management and to the organization and assist in formulating Business Strategy.
- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
Qualification - Degree in Accounts/ Finance
Experience - 3 to 5 years
