Responsibilities & Duties:
- Understand EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestone and required tasks and targets.
- Prepare and maintain baseline schedule.
- Identifies and analyses critical paths and floats with clear dependencies.
- Updates the schedule for all phases and disciplines by gathering weekly / monthly updates from stakeholders.
- Produces progress baseline curves for all work packages and update in liaison with the discipline manager.
- Liaises with all team leader and/or team member to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and project team.
- Maintains Project Baseline in accordance with the change management procedure.
- Produces the activity report for the planning & scheduling function and supervises and/or produces the project weekly & monthly progress report.
- Provides and explains progress report to Internal stakeholder and client.
- Arrange Weekly/Monthly meeting with stakeholders, prepare & update logbook and tracking of deliverables.
- Keep upraised Functional & Administrative in- charge on the Timeline Risk, Delays in tasks & Red flags.
- Prepare delay reports and upraised to Functional & Administrative in-charge on delay and its impact on timeline.
Desirable Skills:
- Sound expertise of MS Project Professional/ Primavera Project Planning, WBS Preparation, Project Reporting, Understanding on the Basic concepts of Contracts & financial terms of projects.
- Soft Skills: MS Project Professional/ Primavera, MS office, PPT, Excel.
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech-Civil.
Work Experience:
Over all 5-6 years overall experience in Preparation of Project Plans for Water treatment/ Construction Projects.
Location: Shimla
Mandatory : Authorized Training or Certification in MS Project Professional by delivering, Resource Allocations; PERT Charts and Progress Curves.
Complete Understanding on Contract Document/ Deliverables and its implications. Preparation of Communications on Contract Clauses.
