Job Summary:
Responsible for the achievement of business target and account Management. Engages in new business development and client retention by providing high quality client service and forging strong business relationships with them. Will be having individual revenue responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales lead & Account Management in Consulting Business
- Achieve individual sales target
- Interactions with CXO, CHRO’s, Head-TA
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
- Analysis of the competitors and market
- Roll out of new clients & Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality by the Operations team
- Coordination with the Recruitment Team & Team Manager
- Provide guidance and coaching to team
- Motivate and empower team to deliver team goals
- Identify training needs and plan development activities along with RBM
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery from respective consultants, while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
