Position: Account Manager- Bench Sales
Mode: Work from Office
Office hours: 7:00 pm – 4:00 am (IST)
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Job Summary:
- Excellent communication skills & ability to build a target pool of Its workforce network. Have knowledge of H1B transfer & GC process
- Having Good knowledge of all visa types (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, H1, H4-EAD, OPT EAD, L2 EAD, TN, E3), tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.
- Search for the suitable requirements to the Bench consultants from Various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CB, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. · Experience in building the talent pool for the various IT skills for H1 transfer.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
- Should have experience in complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding.
- Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, job portals and networking Sites
- Handling full life cycle of full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment. Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Efficiently manage recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it. Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements. Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
- Coordinate with the short-listed candidates and client relationship team.
- Post interview coordination with candidates & client relationship team.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and go getter.
Educational qualifications:
- Candidate should be a graduate(Any field).
- Should have knowledge of US recruitment.
