The responsibilities for this person will include:
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
- To act as an intermediary between organization wishing to recruit staff and professionals seeking a career change (candidates).
- Mapping” a market based on specific role and years of experience, at relevant competitor firms, as described by the Recruiter.
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media like , Workday etc.
- To Keep a track of Candidate database.
- Liaison with operation team at NY/EMEA to understand the Job description and skill set requirement.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate with at least 1+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate in Commerce with 3+ years of relevant experience, in Recruitment/Staffing.
- Knowledge of various tools like Workday, Global View, .
- Proven ability to project manages migrations of new processes and exposure to diverse/multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires relationship management with other individuals and teams within the group.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Exposure to Project Management and experience in working on MS Excel databases.
- Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking.
- Prior experience in US or EMEA staffing/Recruitment is preferred.
