Watch Specialist
Position Summary: Maximize sales by promoting a range of Luxury Swiss Watches while delivering outstanding customer service on board.
Key Tasks / Main Duties:
Sales and Service
- Utilize sales skills and develop product knowledge of Luxury Swiss Watches to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, aligning with company expectations.
- Confidently and professionally close high-ticket sales.
- Deliver professional seminars on a range of Luxury Swiss Watches.
- Coordinate watch promotions and events.
- Provide feedback to the Retail Manager on fast and slow-selling lines.
- Take initiative in learning about new product ranges.
- Work alongside and assist Trunk Show vendors.
Merchandise and Deliveries
- Assist in the delivery process of all retail merchandise, including manual handling and stock replenishment.
- Merchandise Swiss watch ranges in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain shop and window displays.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct daily piece counts in line with the company's loss prevention program to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately priced and SKU’d.
- Store backup merchandise securely to prevent damage.
Loss Prevention and POS
- Run an accurate perpetual inventory.
- Ensure merchandise is locked and secure at all times.
- Accurately process sales through the POS system.
- Obtain pre-authorization from the Retail Manager or follow company directives for discounts.
- Adhere to the company loss prevention program to minimize shrinkage.
Safety
- Attend mandatory safety training and drills punctually.
- Adhere to all health, safety, security, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
