Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Should have Post Graduate with any discipline.
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Aptitude Trainer.
KRA of Aptitude Trainer -
- Design and develop aptitude training modules and materials tailored to the needs of various audiences, such as students, job seekers, or professionals.
- Ensure alignment of training content with industry standards, competitive exams, and organizational goals.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on aptitude topics, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and instructional aids.
- Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency among participants.
- Administer pre-training and post-training assessments to gauge participants' aptitude levels and measure progress over time.
- Analyze assessment results to identify areas of improvement and customize training interventions accordingly.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants based on their performance in assessments and training exercises.
- Offer additional support to participants who require remedial assistance or targeted skill development.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as improvement in aptitude scores, training attendance rates, and participant satisfaction levels.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on latest trends, techniques, and resources in aptitude training through self-study, attending workshops, or participating in professional development programs.
- Incorporate new methodologies and tools into training delivery to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
- Use feedback to iteratively improve training programs and enhance overall participant experience.
