THE ROLE – SENIOR EXECUTIVE-PAYMENT PROCESSING
=================
We’re seeking a Senior Executive-Payment Processing who will be responsible to monitor and ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of payments processed on behalf of our customers, ensuring that all payments are processed as per agreed customer guidelines and related compliance requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing:
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
Process invoices in the payment processing system (PPL) and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Handle large volumes of invoices, DAs and maintain organized records.
Ensure adherence to cut-off times and currency conversion processes.
Monitor daily transactions and address any discrepancies or issues.
Reconcile payment transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the payment process.
Daily reports :
Prepare daily PP operational team customers and other internal reports
Performing daily controls laid by the management.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
Utilize technology and tools to optimize payment processing operations.
Qualification Required : Background in Finance
Skills & Knowledge :
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in accounts payable.
Work Experience : Accounts Payable function within a corporate environment
