Role Brief:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual based out of/ready to relocate to Mumbai to join our team to manage Global Services Delivery with a solutioning & technology/analytics mindset . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in service delivery, solutioning, pre-sales, marketing for Tech/analytics firms, GTM and managing large teams of at least 500 people in industry sectors such as business consulting, IT/ITES, or allied industries with keen interest of current marketspace and knowledge of Tech/AI/ML and Research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the services delivery operations of the company, including managing a large team of professionals and ensuring high quality service delivery to clients.
- Responsible for P&L management and overall profitability .
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in line with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with international clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Travel to international locations, primarily the USA, to meet with clients, understand their projects, and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with prevailing technologies, including AI/ML, and effectively apply them in the data space to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and implement best practices in service delivery.
Skillset:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in service delivery, GTM, P&L, Presales and managing large teams
- Experience in industry sectors such as business KPO, Consulting, IT/ITES, Technology or allied industries
- Strong client management skills with experience working with international clients
- Deep understanding of prevailing technologies, including AI/ML, and their applications in the data space
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
