The Business Development Manager will
•Own and deliver revenue sales budget for his / her territory.
•Be responsible for customer / clinic acquisition manage customer relation and business development increasing the share of wallet.
•Provide first line support and be the first line of communication for customers / patients with regards to their queries in terms of product, treatment planning, course correction if determined by clinical experts.
•Provide on demand and at site scanning services as and when required.
•Arrange, organize and lead local marketing, training, technical and KOL events in their respective territory.
•Provide full visibility to management into the sales pipeline at every stage of development using CRM and necessary tools as implemented by the company from time to time.
•Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and share inputs with the management team from time to time.
•Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by assessing changing trends, and competitor activities.
•Support in execution of new product launch including competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
•Be responsible for maintaining total control on accounts receivables of their respective territories.
•Work collaboratively with marketing and clinical, patient support teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction and build brand equity.
