About the role:-
We are seeking a highly skilled US Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through exceptional Talent Acquisition processes.
As a US Technical Recruiter at Tech Army, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting prospective candidates for both IT and non-IT positions within the US market. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and assessment to onboarding and employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment:-
Identify and source candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline
Assess candidates to ensure they meet qualification criteria, cultural fit, and compatibility with our organization.
Recruitment Process Management:-
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews
Host intake meetings with clients to refine job descriptions, develop key search criteria and create compelling sell messages and value propositions.
Client Engagement: -
Collaborate with clients to outline comprehensive recruiting strategies and processes
Provide regular progress updates to the team and lead pre- and post-interview meetings/prep sessions
Full Life Cycle Recruitment
Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, maintaining open communication with candidates and stakeholders
Coordinate interview scheduling, gather necessary approvals, and negotiate offers
Social Media and Brand Building
Actively use social media platforms to build brand awareness and attract top-of-funnel candidate flow.
Internal Networking
Build strong internal relationships to understand the firm's culture, enhance awareness of hiring needs, and generate employee referrals
Advanced Sourcing Techniques
Utilize strong research skills, including data mining, lead generation, Boolean searches, and other sophisticated sourcing techniques
Multitasking and Deadline Management
Successfully manage multiple concurrent searches and meet deliverable deadlines
Organization and Prioritization
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
Qualifications:
Proven expertise with MS Office Suite software, ATS, and CRM platforms, experience with ICIMS, Fieldglass and CEIPAL is a plus.
Hands on experience with W2, C2C & Full-time, 1099.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing & interview process management.
Strong consulting skills, possessing strong analytical skills.
Excellent in communication & English comprehension.
Demonstrable initiative, resourcefulness, self-management, and personal accountability.
Dedication to teamwork and desire to contribute to a highly collaborative environment.
Must have worked in US shift timings. Mandatory
Must have worked with US IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation companies. Mandatory
Candidate must be based out of Mumbai. Mandatory
Candidate with US Federal and State Govt. clients and having minimum 1 year of experience is Mandatory
