About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Rewards Issuer team as a key driver of payment partnerships, marketing strategy, and solution implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the solutioning process, managing on-boarding, and ensuring the successful execution of go-live initiatives for new and existing loyalty partners. You will be pivotal in expanding our partner network and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Partnership Development: Strategically identify and onboard new rewards issuers by establishing and nurturing strong partnerships that align with our business goals.
- Strategic Solutioning: Understand the objectives of prospective partners and develop tailored partnership use-cases within the Twid network, positioning our services as the solution of choice.
- Oversee Go-Live Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure successful and timely go-live for new rewards issuers.
- Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, in target companies to enhance partnership opportunities.
- Drive Product Innovation: Utilize industry insights to propose enhancements to our service offerings, collaborating with product teams to bring new solutions to market.
- Growth Management: Strategically manage and grow existing partnerships, driving business expansion through innovative solutions and effective market strategies.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with issuers from the initial design phase through to the execution of new products and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Requirement
- You have at least 5-10 years of relevant business experience working with Payments, Loyalty, Banking or Financial Institutions
- Relevant experience involves payment partnerships, loyalty, rewards, fintech experience in managing banking, fintechs and related partners.
