Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Campus and Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent from both campus environments and corporate sectors. We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, career services, and student organizations.
- Plan and coordinate on-campus events and collaborate with academic departments and student organizations to ensure visibility and engagement.
- Manage internship and co-op programs, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and program evaluation.
Corporate Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Qualifications:
- Master's/MBA degree in Human Resources from a Tier 1/2 institute
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in campus and corporate recruitment, preferably in a high-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment across various roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent pipelines, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
