Job Role- Paid Media Consultant

The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the latest paid media trends and be able to create, optimize, and manage campaigns across various platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI). The candidate should have a strong grasp of Ad-tech, first-party audience segmentation, and digital marketing instrumentation. They will oversee the strategic execution of large-scale digital paid marketing campaigns and need a comprehensive understanding of campaign management. Experience in paid media marketing within the Fintech or banking sectors is advantageous. The role involves identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improving processes using a systematic approach. Self-direction, proactivity, and a focus on client satisfaction through process audits and best practices are essential. Excellent communication skills are required for managing stakeholders and media agencies/vendors. This is a global role.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
- Create compelling ad visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and multiple campaigns.
- Work with MarTech and Ops teams for functionality and operational readiness.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Measure project performance and apply insights to daily operations.
- Build client relationships and prepare business summary reports.
- Be flexible with working hours.
Qualifications:
Technical and Functional Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in end-to-end paid media campaign management.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing, .
- Expertise in Display, SEM, and Social Channels.
- Understanding of Ad-Tech and data privacy laws.
- Ability to define and optimize deliverables with Ops teams.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and ad creative creation.
- Experience with tagging, tracking, and measurement.
- Familiarity with tag management systems and mobile measurement platforms is a plus.
