Job Description: As a Business Finance Analyst at Antara Senior Care, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support our strategic planning and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with strong proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Regularly compare actual financial results against budgeted figures, providing detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Data Consolidation: Gather and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers in financial and operational data.
- Market/Industry Analysis: Analyse market and industry trends and compare them with company performance to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights from consolidated data to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data.
- Financial Ratios Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of financial ratios to provide insights into the organization's financial health.
- Dashboard Design: Design and implement interactive dashboards for key stakeholders to visualize and track financial performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CA, MBA) are preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, MIS management, data mining, data analysis, and data consolidation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint. Strong programming skills in Excel Power Query, SQL, and Power BI.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver clear and compelling reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
