Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team Recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent for our organization. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and to keep them informed of their application status.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and compelling to attract qualified candidates.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing them with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter,
- Strong understanding of the Spanish language and market and employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of the Spanish language
- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
