Sales Ops Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales ops analyst with strong technical expertise in Salesforce and data analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing system processes to bridge the gap between GTM and systems. You will collaborate with IT and sales teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role involves developing and implementing data governance strategies, system processes, and policies that align with GTM strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency with Salesforce tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Must Have
- Utilize Salesforce data loader for bulk data import, export, and updates within accounts, opportunities, splits, leads, and contacts.
- Bulk update and maintain enterprise territory management within Salesforce, ensuring accurate assignment of accounts and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams( Bizapps, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Sales, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs acting as the project owner.
- Analyze and improve sales processes by developing and implementing efficient workflows and automation using Salesforce flow.
- Performs data analysis to ensure gaps in data are identified and addressed.
- Admin 201 Certification
- Strong Excel Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES - Good to have
- Maintain and optimize the Salesforce CRM Platform, ensuring data integrity and system processes.
- Support Sales Team by providing ongoing support by addressing system issues, and answering questions.
- Lead and participate in sales operations projects, ensuring timely and effectiveexecution.
- Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current business requirements.
- Understands and communicates impacts of data components across all systems.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support sales objectives.
- Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages - Duns & Bradstreet, Linkdin Sales Navigator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in Information Systems or Business Management discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales operations or channel operations.
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification required
- Expertise in account management, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling to support and drive business operations.
- Expertise and knowledge of sales operations and enterprise sales models, including multi-channel distribution.
- Extensive knowledge of systems and processes including: Salesforce, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), G-Suite & MS Office. Software industry (SaaS and On Premise) experience is a distinct advantage.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
