Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant
In this role, you will work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) solutions. Sr. Consultants work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will work with clients to improve their strategies, processes, and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provide consultants with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL database to ensure efficiency, reliability, and data integrity.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize existing queries for improved performance.
- Develop UI components using ketteq framework which uses Apache Echarts and JaveScript frameworks.
- Integrate PostgreSQL database with UI components and test out data interaction between them.
- Create Python script to load the data from excel to PostgreSQL and integrate Ketteq jobs within python scripts.
- Experience of working on at least one ETL tool (informatica, Talend preferably)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into database solutions.
- Lead data requirements and technical design sessions to understand customer data and system requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of data issues in a timely manner.
- Identify process improvements for database performance, reliability and stability and implement best practices to maintain optimal performance and optimize SQL queries for maximum efficiency.
- Involve in creating test scenarios to complete the System Integration Testing and Use
- Acceptance Testing for the quality of the extracted and merged data.
- Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- • Understanding of supply chain planning concepts is a must.
- • Good experience in working on large data engineering/implementation projects.
- • Strong experience with relational database such as SQL server.
- • Experience in SQL, T-SQL, writing stored procedures and functions.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
- • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
