**Job Overview:**
Orion Group of Hotels is seeking a dedicated and results-driven **OTA (Online Travel Agency) Sales Executive** for our South Delhi location. You will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the OTA sales department, contributing to maximizing revenue in a profitable manner while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the smooth operation of the OTA sales department in line with the standards and guidelines of Orion Group of Hotels.
- Act as a sales specialist, focusing on maximizing revenue through online travel agencies (OTAs) in alignment with the company’s targets and goals.
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service, both internally and externally.
- Execute sales strategies effectively, based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by the leadership team.
- Maintain relationships with key OTA partners and ensure all listings are optimized for maximum visibility and profitability.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree required; a major in tourism or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Open to fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of OTA platforms is a plus.
