- Daily reviews With Team leaders in delivering the CAF to Activation as per the company targets
Interacting with Business teams daily to get their requirements in improving Tag utilization.
- Churn reduction
- Improving of shifting efficiency by reviewing the team leaders on daily basis
Reduction of Gross fault Rate, Repeat, by taking up the proactive steps by clearing the faulty Tag rectification & NE rehab.
- Improving the CSMM scores
- Identify potential customers/ clients for the services of the division in co-ordination with his team.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes and procedure to reduce inefficiencies and remove obstacles in service deliverance.
Vendor management
- Weekly reviews and evaluating on performance of vendors
- Weekly Audits on material consumption – CAPEX and OPEX
- Process management
- Ensure all TRAI Regulatory compliances are maintained.
Regular Audits and reviewing with the team leaders on NCs observed on GIS accuracy, NE maintenance, etc.
