- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting: Create and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
