Job Objective -
To provide better insight into each of the human resources process, gathering & creating data and then using this data to make informed decisions on how to improve these processes.
Core -
- Lead the process of creation of HR Analytics for ACG Capsules globally
- To make the entire budgeting activity a more streamlined & hassle - free process.
- Conduct trend analysis of the budget on regular basis and share the insights with the concerned stakeholders.
- Automate Reports & Dashboards – MIS & Zing Integration, Unique Roles in Zing, Data of Transfer, PMS, DOLP, Role Change history in Zing, MPR Report, HR Dashboard.
- Conduct regular HR Analytics in order to have proper data in place for future analyses. Areas – Associates, Compa, Increment, TLI, Cost, Promotion, PMS, R&R, Attrition, CES / CSAT, TA, budget, etc.
- Drive and implement various improvement and digitalization projects for HR across ACG Capsules globally
- Lead for operational milestones and futuristic projects for Total Rewards vertical for ACG Capsules globally
- Conduct HR Audit for various people processes for all units, calculate and publish the scores and recommend and track the necessary action items. This is to be done as per the agreed upon timelines (Bi-annually)
- Drive and conduct CES and CSAT surveys at all units of ACG Capsules global (including Vantage and HCM division) and publish the scores as per the timelines
- Lead the process of Target Linked Incentives jointly with Sales team globally.
- Support in Stabilization of Thailand project – Policies, Induction, Hiring strategy, Mobilisation, etc.

Incumbent who is good with statistics / analytics.
Understanding of HR Costs and Budget.
Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
Tech Savvy.
Automation projects in HR.
Engineer / MBA in HR.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
