Moora is a D2C brand celebrating India’s rich textile heritage with beautifully crafted artisanal sarees.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth initiatives at Moora. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fashion and lifestyle industry, focusing on driving sales and optimizing e-commerce platforms. This role will involve developing growth strategies, managing product pricing, exploring new channels, and optimizing performance across existing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
Formulate comprehensive growth plans to drive Moora's revenue across all digital platforms. Align business objectives with strategies to scale D2C sales through owned and third-party channels (e.g., marketplaces, website).
2.Product Pricing & Strategy:
Conduct pricing analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies. Ensure that our pricing is optimized for various channels while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.
3.Channel Expansion:
Identify, evaluate, and launch new sales channels, both online and offline. Focus on discovering untapped marketplaces and platforms to expand Moora’s reach.
4.Optimize Existing Channels:
Continuously analyze and optimize performance across platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, and others. Improve conversion rates, streamline customer journeys, and manage promotions to boost overall sales.
5.Campaign Ideation & Execution:
Lead the ideation and execution of targeted sales and growth campaigns. Collaborate with creative teams but also can independently develop marketing communication assets, such as emails, and ads, without always relying on external resources.
6.Marketing Communication:
Craft and execute effective communication strategies, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Develop messaging for key campaigns, newsletters, and product launches, and manage customer engagement through emails, SMS, and social media.
7.Retention Marketing:
Implement retention strategies such as email marketing, and personalized outreach through WhatsApp to improve customer lifetime value. Focus on increasing repeat purchases through engaging, customer-focused content.
8.Performance Tracking & Analytics:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer retention. Use data to provide actionable insights, adjust strategies, and meet growth objectives.
9.Collaborate with Marketplace Teams:
Work closely with marketplace teams to optimize product listings, manage promotions, and increase visibility. Ensure that all product offerings are well-aligned with marketplace algorithms and performance metrics.
10.Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep up with the latest trends in the D2C space, fashion, and digital marketing. Identify and implement innovative growth tactics to keep Moora ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth management, or e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proven success in building and executing growth strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in pricing strategies and experience in managing multiple sales channels.
