Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our
marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement
through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will work on optimizing marketing efforts
across various channels to ensure that our educational products and services reach the right
audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing
campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram,
, and more, with a focus on the EdTech sector.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance,
providing insights to enhance ROI and user engagement.
● Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize
campaign performance and impact.
● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to continually improve the effectiveness of ads,
landing pages, and other marketing assets.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development,
content, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
● 1 to 1.5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the EdTech or
digital education industry.
● Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
● Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in the EdTech industry or with educational products.
● Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
● Knowledge of user acquisition strategies in the EdTech space.
