Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled content writer to develop and manage engaging content that drives employee engagement and aligns with our company culture. The role involves creating newsletters, emails, and executive communications, as well as planning internal campaigns and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit a variety of content including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, executive communications, announcements, presentations, and other internal communications materials.
Storytelling: Craft engaging stories and messages that resonate with employees and align with the company's culture and goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute internal communication campaigns that drive engagement and promote key initiatives.
Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with various departments to gather information, understand needs, and ensure alignment of messaging across the organization.
Employee Engagement: Create content that fosters a sense of community, belonging, and engagement among employees.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve internal communication strategies and content effectiveness.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all internal content reflects the company’s brand, values, and tone of voice.
Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
