The incumbent should fulfill below criteria:
Qualification: B.pharm with management degree
Experience: Nil to 5 years
Location: Preferably from Ahmedabad

- Preparation of purchase orders and amendment orders.
- Medical items procurement
- Process indents by requesting quotations, preparing comparative statements and to assist Incharge for finalizing orders.
- Expedite orders and follow-up on suppliers.
- Coordinate with stores / user departments on the purchase requirements.
- Prepare correspondence relating to the purchase of materials, requiring some independence of judgement.
- Compile, compute and tabulate the data for reports to be generated.
- Collect information on products and keep the superiors informed of the market trend.
- Coordinate with accounts and receiving section in settling payment to the suppliers.
- Perform related work as required by the department.
- Management of consignment
- Item code creation & vendor creation & items master related work at group level.
- Non-Moving & nearing expiry items return follow-ups.
- Vendor management.
- Fulfillment of Emergency items on priority basis.
- Consignment items record maintain & ordering as well as rate finalization.
- MIS & Data preparation.
- TAT Analysis.
- Monitoring of Stock out items & reordering on immediate basis.
