Job Purpose: To acquire NRI SA and TD and cross sell multiple banking products.
Key Accountability: The key accountability of the Sales Officer is to acquire new NRI clients around the branch catchment area, build relationship, build Liability Book, focus on remittances & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new NRI accounts from branch catchment area, references from existing NRI Clients and leads shared by the central team.
- Quality sourcing of NRI accounts through various micro level activities within the branch catchment area. Activate Accounts opened, cross sell FD and remittances, increase SA balances and cross sell Investments, Insurance, Mortgages, Credit Card.Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from various groups including salary accounts and IBG teams
- Provide high quality customer service to NRI customers and resolve their queries on priority.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate/post-graduate
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in NRI sales

- Good verbal and written communication skills & Listening Skills
- Goal / Target oriented
- IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred. This is a must post joining.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Technical Experience and Competencies:

- Computer Skills and digital knowledge
- Good network in the market
