Responsibilities:
- Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater management projects.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water management.
- Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and ETP
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Waste Water Management or related field
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
Mandatory Requirement - Must Have ETP/STP Business Development Experience
